Charlie Foster, CRB, GRI

Charlie has been licensed since 1979 and has held his broker license since 1990. He is currently associated with Steele REALTORS®, a Cincinnati area residential real estate firm. Since 1986, Charlie has specialized in the education and training of residential real estate licensees. He has held the position of Director of Training and Vice President for Career Development for two Cincinnati area real estate firms, and has conducted real estate training for a national franchise on a local basis. He has conducted real estate pre-license education courses since 1988. Charlie instructs in the pre-licensing (Principles and Practices, Finance, and Broker Law Review), post-licensing (Sales and Broker), continuing education (several course, including the three required courses), and degree (Financial Management, Real Estate Brokerage and Sales Management) programs. He has assisted in the development of several educational programs and retail products currently in use by Hondros College.

Craig Gatzulis

Craig is currently an instructor at the Dayton Branch teaching Real Estate Finance. He has a Bachelors Degree in Education from Wright State University and has been a licensed Realtor for 29 years. Craig has a Brokers license and has earned the and designations.
He has taught at Hondros College since 2000.

Bob Kutschbach
Position: Real Estate Instructor

Bob has a bachelor's degree in business with a major in accounting. He worked several years with a CPA firm and a decade in the banking business where he once served as Senior Vice President of a retail banking company. In 1990, Bob established himself as the broker/owner of Carleton Realty, an independent real estate company that employs over 185 agents. In 2006, Bob was selected among over 7,000 agents from the Columbus Board of Realtors to be the cover story of Broker/Agent magazine and was selected to speak at the National Convention of Real Estate Educators Association (REEA) in Las Vegas. Bob has been an investor and has rehabbed the Central Ohio Real Estate for over 25 years. Bob was also the recipient of the 1993 "Instructor of the Year" award. Bob has taught 42 different courses to over 32,000 students and developed the series, "Creating Wealth Through Real Estate Investments", which is one of the longest running continuing education courses taught at Hondros College.

David A. Morgan

David was licensed in 1974 as sales associate, and has received numerous top sales person awards from several different companies. He has managed three different companies over past 32 years.
He started teaching at Hondros College in 1996 and has taught Principles & Practice, Law, Finance, Appraisal, Post License, Property Management, New Construction, Back to Basics, Ethics, Core Law, Fair Housing, and sundry others.
David has a Bachelor of Arts from Akron University and has received designations and certifications as Court Appointed Appraiser, NAR, OAR, AABOR, Notary public, and CRS.

Susan O'Neal

Susan was licensed as a salesperson in 1975 and as a broker in 1986. She has worked as a salesperson, a sales manager, and as a trainer for newly licensed salespeople. Susan was President of the Akron Area Board of REALTORS® in 1993, will be President for the second time in 2008 and has been a Director of the Ohio Association of REALTORS® for the past twenty years. She received the REALTOR® of the Year for the Akron Area Board of REALTORS® in 1994.
Susan has been an adjunct instructor at Hondros for eleven years, teaching real estate law. She has the ABR, CRS, and GRI professional real estate designations and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Akron, majoring in political science.

Beth Sigg
Position: Real Estate and Appraisal pre-licensing/CE

Beth Sigg has been a real estate broker for 27 years, a real estate appraiser for 17 years, and an instructor at Hondros College since 2001, for both real estate and appraisal pre-licensing and continuing education. Beth has also authored both classroom and on-line courses.
She holds a certified general appraisal license in both Ohio and Michigan and a real estate broker's license in Ohio. She was recognized as "Rookie Instructor of the Year" in 2001 and "Real Estate Instructor of the Year" in 2003 for Hondros College.

Bill Thompson

Bill has been an attorney for 25 years practicing mainly in real estate and probate and has been an active real estate agent for 22 years. Bill has been teaching for Hondros College for 21 years and teaches the pre-licensing law class, the sales review crammer, and the broker review crammer. Bill is a member of American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations, Real Estate Division and Probate Division. Bill is Past Chair of the Columbus Bar Association Public Education Committee on Real Estate and Probate.

Belinda Fulton, GRI

Belinda began her real estate career in 1993 with Dolores Knowlton Realtors in Mentor Ohio. Over the years Belinda has become an expert in residential sales, bank owned properties, and buyer representation. Belinda is the current chair of the Lake Geauga board of Realtors grievance committee. Belinda has attended the community college of the USAF, as well as the Hondros College pre-licensing program. Belinda has been a Hondros College faculty member since 1999.

Sue Hardesty

Sue has been in the real estate business since 1985, and in the teaching field since 1993. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, has been a licensed Notary for the past 7 years, and a Motorcycle Safety Instructor since 1993. Sue was licensed as an Ohio real estate sales agent in 1985, and as a broker in 2002. She currently manages an independent real estate brokerage company, with a staff of 8 agents, in the Coshocton area. She is involved with the training and overseeing of daily operations, as well as administration duties. Sue is active on The Coshocton County Board of Realtors and is on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity. Sue has been a Hondros College faculty member since 2002.

Barbara Lindsay, CRS, GSA

Barb taught at the middle school level with San Diego City Schools and Rocky River City Schools in the areas of Speech, Drama, English, and Health and Personal Development from 1963-1974. From 1975 to present, she has been in the profession of real estate. Over the years, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors and was elected 2nd vice president for 1992-1993, served on the OAR Board of Trustees, and served on the Grievance Committee for the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors. In 1993, she received CABOR President's Award for Meritorious Service to the Real Estate Industry. In 1993, Barb's daughter came into the real estate profession and they have been partners ever since and have achieved numerous awards for Top Production through Century 21 and since 2002 with Prudential Real Estate, qualifying for the Top 5% production nationwide.
Barb has been a Hondros College faculty member since 1990.

Robert Ludman

Bob began his career in a family business over 30 years ago where he not only learned about financial management but also residential and commercial property management. In 1991, he was looking for a career where he could be his own employer-what better industry than real estate. However, after three years as a full time Realtor, Bob wanted to get into something that would take him back to his financial roots but keep him close to real estate. In 1993 he was approached by a local mortgage company about his interest in becoming a loan officer/originator. Not only could he achieve his desire to help people obtain the "American Dream" but still have a lot of independence. Bob has been a Hondros College faculty member since 1996.

Dave Matthews

After serving twenty years in the U.S. Army, Mr. Matthews retired in 1996. Mr. Matthews immediately went into Real Estate with Realty One in the Bay Village Ohio office. Mr. Matthews has been teaching at Hondros College since 2001. Some of the designations that he has received in the industry are the President's Sales Club Award, the OAR Achievement Award, Member of the Multi Million Dollar Club, Residential Specialist and New Homes Specialist.

Larry Press

Larry has been an attorney in Columbus, Ohio since 1982, with a practice limited primarily to real estate law. He has also been a licensed title insurance agent since 1985, which he has used in positions with several national title insurance underwriters, a regional title insurance underwriter and his own title insurance agency, TransOhio Title Agency of Gahanna. Larry has been a Hondros College faculty member since 2004. Previously, he taught real estate law in the paralegal program at Columbus State Community College.

Kathy Roberts

Kathy worked at a local bank for over 14 years in several positions. She has over ten years experience in the mortgage lending field. She originated many different loan products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and First Time Homebuyer programs. Kathy has worked directly with real estate agents, brokers, real estate attorneys and financial advisers as a referral source. Kathy held the positions of account representative and sales and marketing director with two Toledo firms. Her responsibilities included generating new sales and coordinating with clients to ensure the best quality personnel and/or programs for those firms. She has been a Hondros College Faculty Member since 1999.

Gerald Sibert

Jerry was originally licensed to practice law in Texas in 1973. As a corporate attorney, Jerry was involved in extensive real property acquisitions, trades, sales and contract matters. As a real estate sales agent, he has represented clients in purchases, sales and commercial leasing. Jerry maintains his membership in the Texas Bar Association. Jerry has also held real estate sales agent licenses in Oklahoma and Ohio. Jerry is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Ohio Association of REALTORS® and the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS® and has been a Hondros College faculty member since 1997. He has received several Hondros College "WOW" awards reflecting excellence in teaching and maintaining positive attitudes among students and staff.

Bill Rogers

Bill has been a licensed Realtor since 1986. His experience includes VP/Sales Manager, recruiter, instructor, coaching specialist and a top performing sales agent. He is currently a VP/Sales Manager with Sibcy Cline Realtors, the 12th largest independent broker in the nation. Sibcy Cline serves the entire SW Ohio area with 22 branch offices and 1300+ agents.In 2002 Bill began teaching at Hondros College at the Dayton location. He is experienced in all facets of the real estate business, including appraisal, prospecting, financing, title, insurance and marketing.He is active in his community, serving as a local high school advisory committee member, baseball/basketball/soccer coach, United Way fund raiser, Junior Achievement Advisor and a Master Mason.

Della Lambert

Della is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Marketing. She Della_Lambert earned her real estate license in 1992 and her broker's license in April of 1997. She has served as manager, trainer and associate broker for a large independent real estate company. She was president of the board for a local housing charity where she helped create and teach their fist time buyer program. Della has served on a variety of the Columbus Board of REALTORS committees, including affordable housing, grievance, professional standards and MLS. Della is presently a sales manager and sales representative for an independent brokerage. She has been a Hondros College instructor since 2005. She teaches pre-license Law, Appraisal and Principles and Practices, as well as real estate post-licensing for agents and brokers, and continuing education courses.
