Real Estate Transfer Credits

Hondros College Accepts Transfer Credits From Other Accredited Colleges and Universities

Credits will transfer if they are equivalent in the number of credit hours, course title and/or course description and a grade of "C" or better was earned.

To determine your eligibility to transfer credits you must request that any accredited college or university previously attended submit your official transcript to Hondros College for evaluation. Please note if you completed Ohio Real Estate Sales Pre-Licensing courses at Hondros College on or after January 1, 1990 these courses can contribute 12 credits toward The Associate of Applied Business in Real Estate Degree.
