Appraisal Pre-License - Appraisal Career Start Package & Schedules
$3149 (plus tax)
Note: The Career Start package includes all state required pre-licensing courses: Basic Appraisal Principles, Basic Appraisal Procedures, National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), Fair Housing for Appraisers, Market Analysis and Highest and Best Use, Appraiser Site Valuation and Cost Approaches, Residential Sales Comparison and Income Approaches, and Residential Report Writing. The package also includes initial fingerprinting through NBCI, Inc., course textbooks and a 3 day review crammer. Individual Courses (Order online until 2 days prior to class; after that call 888-HONDROS or visit any campus) Also Available: Appraisal Apprentice Package & Schedules - $1599 +tax Note: This package includes courses: Basic Appraisal Principles, Basic Appraisal Procedures, National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and Fair Housing for Appraisers. The package also includes initial fingerprinting through NBCI, Inc. and course textbooks. Weekday classes are generally scheduled for 2 days per week and weekend classes are scheduled on Saturday and Sunday. Both options run for about 11 weeks. Classes run from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Fair Housing runs from 8:30am - 11:30am)

Note: Packages must be completed within one (1) year of registration.

Audit Policy: Hondros College package students may audit any specific course or courses within their package one time within a 12 month period from the initial date of registration if space is available (24 months for the Appraisal Packages). If a student wishes to retake a course or courses within their package after they have audited one time at no charge, student is subject to pay full price for course or courses. No certificates are given to audit students.
