National Mortgage Loan Originator ONLINE Review Crammer Course

The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) requires all mortgage loan originators (MLOs) to pass the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) Test, which includes a national component and may have a state-specific component.

This self-paced, online Mortgage Loan Originator Review Crammer has been designed to prepare you with the knowledge you need to pass the national component of the MLO Test. It includes clear, succinct discussions on the topics from the national MLO Test outline—federal mortgage lending-related law, mortgage industry terms and concepts, the loan origination process, and ethics—and unlimited opportunities to self-assess your understanding through tests at the end of each module. When you’re ready, you can take a comprehensive 100-question practice test that resembles the content breakdown and types of questions you will see on the national MLO Test. You can take as many practice tests as you want. Since the questions are randomized from large pool of questions, each test will be unique—you will never see the same exact questions in the same exact order. The MLO Review Crammer also includes a downloadable glossary and summaries for your reference.
