Courses & Schedules
Real estate pre-licensing classes are available at 8 Hondros College locations across Ohio and can be completed in as little as 3 weeks. Day, evening and weekend schedules are available.

Ohio Pre-License Requirements
  1. Register for and complete the required 120 hours of classroom pre-licensing education at Hondros College.
    - 40 hours Real Estate Principles and Practices
    - 40 hours Real Estate Law
    - 20 hours Real Estate Appraisal
    - 20 hours Real Estate Finance
  2. Once you have completed the above pre-licensing education requirements and have met all other requirements as outlined in items 1 - 6 under "General Requirements" you must submit a License Examination Application and all applicable fees to the Ohio Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing. Instructions for completion and fee information can be found on the application. Forms may be downloaded from the Ohio Division of Real Estate's Web site: www.com.state.oh.us/real
  3. The Division will review your application and determine your eligibility to test and will notify PSI Exams . PSI Exams will then send you a Candidate Information Bulletin which will have an examination Notice of Eligibility indicated on the back page.
