Real Estate Pre-License - 120 Hour Career Start Package Schedules
$1199 (plus tax)
Note: All packages include the 4 state required classes Principles & Practices (40 hours), Real Estate Law (40 hours), Finance (20 hours) and Appraisal (20 hours). The package also includes first year Post Licensing (10 hours), a one day review crammer course, CompuCram exam prep software and course textbooks. Individual Courses (Order online until 2 days prior to class; after that call 888-HONDROS or visit any campus) Weekday and weekend classes run from 8am - 5:35pm Evening classes run from 6pm - 10:30pm

Note: Packages must be completed within one (1) year of registration.

Audit Policy: Hondros College package students may audit any specific course or courses within their package one time within a 12 month period from the initial date of registration if space is available (24 months for the Appraisal Packages). If a student wishes to retake a course or courses within their package after they have audited one time at no charge, student is subject to pay full price for course or courses. No certificates are given to audit students.
