If you want to get into a new career, you might consider nursing. I was working at a factory before finding Hondros College of Nursing. Every day, I would come home dirty from head to toe. I worked at a forge plant where I stamped parts so the dust would get all over me. Sometimes, hot debris would hit me in the face. I did not like what I was doing, so I knew I had to make a change.
I decided to check out the programs at Hondros after my friend referred me. He spoke highly of the college. I decided to make the move from Streetsboro to Cleveland and attend Hondros. The admissions process was easy and the staff was very friendly.
If you want to make a change in your life and attend nursing school, just go for it! But make sure you are ready to study. There are long hours of reading chapters and studying, but if you have the drive and the proper support, you can do it. My advice would be to make sure your finances are in order because it is hard to work full time and go to school full time. I never miss a class, and I believe that greatly contributes to my success.
Now that I am in the thick of it, I can tell you with confidence that the instructors are dedicated to helping you. The hands-on clinicals are fun and comprehensive. Hondros is a great school for anyone ready for a change! They really want to see you succeed!
