2026 National Nurses Month is here!

It is time to recognize the incredible impact nurses have on our lives and communities. This year, National Nurses Week takes place from May 6 to May 12, with International Nurses Day on the final day, Monday, May 12, which also marks the birth of Florence Nightingale. Stay tuned throughout the month for our Student Spotlight Interviews! Our students have incredible stories to share and we are thrilled to be a part of their journey into healthcare.   

 

Salute to Nurses Tour

All month long, Hondros College of Nursing will be celebrating the compassion, dedication, and resiliency of nurses everywhere, especially our very own students, alumni, and faculty.  We are thrilled to be partnering with our community partners in hosting a variety of nurse appreciation activities on our Salute to Nurses tour, our way of giving back to the individuals at the heart of healthcare. The HCN community will also be involved in several other events throughout the month. Stay tuned to this page, as we will be adding more activities as Nurses Month continues!
